- How do I create an account?
- Open the app and tap "Sign In" from any gated feature. You can sign up with your email and password, continue with Google, or use Sign in with Apple on iOS.
- How do I delete my account?
- To request account deletion, email us at support@carryindex.com with the subject "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days and permanently delete all associated data.
- What is the Grail Tracker?
- The Grail Tracker is a Pro feature that lets you wishlist gear, track price drops, and set alerts. It keeps everything in one place so you never miss a deal on the items you've been hunting.
- What is included in Pro?
- Pro unlocks the AI Kit Builder, Grail Tracker, carry streaks, and advanced comparison features. A Pro subscription supports ongoing development of the catalog and new features.
- I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
- On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear.
- The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?
- First, force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling. If you still have problems, email us at support@carryindex.com with your device model and iOS version.
- How is gear data sourced and verified?
- Gear specs are sourced from manufacturer data, verified retailer listings, and community corrections. If you spot an error, let us know at support@carryindex.com.
